About us
Digital Capability Exchange UK was founded on a shared vision among three technology leaders: Andrew Radcliffe, James Bunting and Tom Lawson.
Technology consultancy businesses frequently experience a widespread industry challenge: the need to be able to scale rapidly teams filled with great, permanently employed, tech talent in line with project requirements.
The founders of Digital Capability Exchange UK have experienced this complex problem first-hand in their respective consultancies – Spyrosoft, Leighton and Opencast.

Digital Capability Exchange UK is a not-for-profit organisation that was created to maximise on a dual opportunity: to ensure talented teams were consistently engaged in genuinely exciting, impactful projects, and to bring together trusted technology consultancies and give them access to a wider pool of specialist tech talent precisely when they need it.
